thanks for posting this "ride mighty high." this version is awesome!! donna sounds great. like many others have noted, the difference in donna's singing in jgb vs. the dead is huge. i've always had a huge love for this song. '75 and '76 are oh so sweet. great vids posted so far. keep em comin.

here's one, highly recommended!

A big '76 highlight:

This seriously cheers me up.

my current obsession is the Catfish John from 9-18-75. It's a bit different from any other Catfish John I've heard. I've looked for more like this, but it seems unique.

(can't post the exact link, but the show can be found here:)

Thanks for being on a JGB kick lately, it's got me putting it on more often the past few weeks. I was enjoying a couple of the Sept 76 shows, and looks like I'm going to be seeking out some more '75 now after the recommendations in this thread. Nice-sounding Midnight Moonlight, btw... I'm happy.

try 12-20-76 - fantastic sound - Jerry is in your head.

and the "How Sweet It Is" is sweet indeed, beautiful lyrically and smooth as honey. Donna is right on and the audience is ecstatic.

sorry! 9-20-76

this show is just insanely good.

lots of crowd noise, which sometimes detracts, but in this case, the energy is so incredibly positive, it just adds to the vibe.
